I do not have personal preferences, but I can provide information on the two RTL logos. The first logo features the letters "RTL" in a bold and modern font with a red and blue color scheme. The second logo is more minimalist, with the letters "RTL" in a simple black font enclosed in a red square. Both logos have their own unique style and appeal, so the preference would depend on individual taste and branding objectives. **

It seems like there might be a typo in your question. Could you please clarify what you mean by "Is RTL or RTL?" Thank you! **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences or opinions. However, the new RTL logo has received mixed reviews from the public. Some people appreciate its modern and sleek design, while others miss the traditional look of the old logo. Overall, the reception of the new RTL logo seems to be subjective and varies among individuals. **

The answer to this question depends on personal preferences and interests. RTL and RTL 2 are both popular German television channels, but they have different programming. RTL offers a mix of news, entertainment, and reality TV shows, while RTL 2 focuses more on reality TV, documentaries, and lifestyle programs. Some viewers may prefer the variety of programming on RTL, while others may enjoy the specific focus of RTL 2. Ultimately, the better channel is the one that aligns with an individual's viewing preferences. **

RTL FS (Runway Threshold Lighting with Sequenced Flashing Lights) is now used instead of RTL (Runway Threshold Lighting) earlier because it provides better visual guidance for pilots during approach and landing. The addition of sequenced flashing lights helps pilots to easily identify the beginning of the runway, especially in low visibility conditions. This enhanced lighting system improves safety and reduces the risk of runway incursions or other potential hazards during critical phases of flight. Therefore, the implementation of RTL FS is a proactive measure to enhance runway safety and improve overall operational efficiency at airports. **
